Delete your LitoAI account and data

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

Open LitoAI, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email (without the app)

Write to privacy@litochat.com from the email associated with your LitoAI account, with the subject 'Delete my account'. We process requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional verification to confirm the account is yours and protect your data.

What is deleted

Deletion also removes your report metadata and the evidence you voluntarily submitted through Report from our active systems.

Deleting your account removes: your profile and preferences, all your conversations and messages, your memories, the files you uploaded, generated images and videos, your routines and agents, your identifiable usage records —including LitoCode records— and your sign-in user. After this you cannot recover the account or its content.

Data stored by LitoCode on your computer cannot be deleted remotely. Delete sessions and snapshots in Settings and, if you want to remove everything, uninstall LitoCode and delete its local data folder.

What is kept and why

We may keep minimal records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. We do not retain readable reported content after account deletion unless a specific legal obligation requires it.

Purchase and subscription records managed by Google Play remain subject to its legal, tax, and fraud-prevention retention periods. Manage the subscription in LitoAI for Android or through your Google Play account.

Cancel your subscription

Deleting your LitoAI account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play: cancel it from Google Play → Payments and subscriptions before or after deleting the account to avoid renewals.
